StartWeek team The StartWeek team consists of the management team and student workers. Core Team of the StartWeek Prof. Dr. Roman Capaul is academic director of the Assessment Year and StartWeek. He teaches as titular professor of Business Administration with special emphasis on business education at the University of St.Gallen and is a member of the directorate at the Institute for Business Education. He is the author of several textbooks. Roman Capaul is responsible for the academic orientation of StartWeek. Dipl.- Soz.- Wiss. Miriam Mrisi is project manager of the StartWeek and has been part of the team since 2011 She studied social sciences at the University of Duisburg and has lived in Switzerland since 2009. For the StartWeek, Miriam Mrisi is responsible for team management and overall conception. She enjoys spending taking long walks with her dog, Carl-Heinz. Jay Binneweg M.A. HSG studied journalism and business administration in the U.S. and worked for several years in newspapers before coming to St.Gallen to complete his Master's degree in SIM at HSG. He has been working for the Assessment Year since 2012. For the StartWeek, Jay Binneweg is tasked with English translations as well as the layout of teaching materials. Daniel Fuchs B.A. HSG has been working at the StartWeek since December 2019. He previously served on the student team in 2017 and 2018. Daniel Fuchs completed his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of St.Gallen and is currently in the Master's program Business Innovation. His focus is on the technical and content-related conception and implementation of all (online) courses. In his free time, Daniel Fuchs can often be found at Unisport. Flavia Kliebens M.A. studied German studies and literature and philosophy at the University of Basel and graduated from the Pädagogische Hochschule Thurgau as a teacher at the high school level. In June 2021, Flavia Kliebens took over didactic responsibility for the StartWeek. In her free time, she enjoys reading or being out in nature with her two children. Jelena Miletić has been working at the StartWeek since 2019. For the first two years, she was part of the student team. Jelena Miletić completed her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of St.Gallen and is currently in the Master's program Business Innovation with the extra course in business education. For the StartWeek, Jelena Miletić is responsible for room and time planning. In her free time, she enjoys playing handball. Student Team of the StartWeek Pascal Amiet participated in the StartWeek 2019 as a tutor. Since June 2020, he is part of the team. Together with Andreas Oberholzer, he is responsible for recruiting, training and supervising the Media Team. Additionally, he helps with and plans the live seminars and takes care of the online platforms of the StartWeek. Pascal Amiet has completed his Bachelor's degree in Economics at the HSG. He will start his Master's degree in Economics and Data Science at the University of Zurich in September 2021. Besides his studies he is an active member of different student clubs, likes to do sports, and to go hiking. Severin Fässler participated in the StartWeek 2020 as a member of the Support Crew. Since February 2021, he is now part of the team. Severin Fässler is in charge of recruiting, training, leading, and supervising the Support Crew in the area of the StartCafé. Additionally, he organizes all the food and the sponsoring for the StartCafé. After his Bachelor's degree in Law at the HSG, he is now starting his Master's degree. Aside from his studies, Severin Fässler likes to play music in different formations and in the UniChor. Andreas Oberholzer B.A. HSG was a part of the "Campus Credit Team" of the StartWeek in 2017 and since 2018 he is a part of the student team. Together with Pascal Amiet, he is currently responsible for recruiting, training and supervising the Media Team. Additionally, he helps with and plans the live seminars. After his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the HSG, he is now studying in the "Business Innovation" Master's programme. Next to his studies, he hosts the HSG Student Podcast and is engaged in the LGBT+ community on the campus. Additionally, he is in charge of digital projects at a juice seller in eastern Switzerland. Silvan Zeller participated in the StartWeek 2018 as a tutor. He is part of the team since February 2020. Silvan Zeller is in charge of recruiting, some parts of the training, leading, and supervising the tutors during the StartWeek. He is also the first person of contact for them. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen and is now studying in the "Business Innovation" Master's programme. Futhermore, Silvan Zeller began his formation in Business Education in 2019. Alongside his studies, he plays soccer for the FC Adligenswil.
